The fourth annual Chevron Family Theatre Festival on Saturday July 24, 2010, will provide a day for family and community to come together to experience nationally renowned performers such as The Sippy Cups, The Pushcart Players performing Happily Ever After - A Cinderella Tale, and Fantasy Forum performing The Wizard of Oz. New to the festival this year is four-time Grammy nominee Trout Fishing in America, David Sharpe and the PapaHugs Band and a Center favorite, Ken Bergmann's Percussion Discussion.
Many other FREE activities will take place inside and outside the Center!

Annual Gala Fund Raiser: On Broadway

This is an exciting year for both the Diablo Regional Arts Association (DRAA) and our entire region as we celebrate 20 years of the Lesher Center for the Arts. On Saturday, October 9, 2010 we will mark this special occasion by presenting our annual On Broadway gala, for the first time ever at the Center itself. Sold out each year, On Broadway is DRAA’s premiere fundraising gala to support high-quality arts and entertainment, educational opportunities and community events at Lesher Center for the Arts. 
The evening features an elegant cocktail hour, one-of-a-kind auction items, a gourmet tented dinner, and a headliner performance in the Hofmann Theatre followed by an Encore Party with exquisite desserts and live music for dancing. All proceeds from the event benefit the fantastic programs at the Lesher Center for the Arts. The Co-chair duo of Steve & Mackenzie Lesher, along with a dedicated team are gearing up for a truly remarkable evening like no other.
