Join us at Bedford Gallery for an immersive Chromatic Sound Bath featuring sound healer Emma Peck of Sound & Soul. Lose yourself in artist Erin Fong’s light installation Color Communion while being enveloped in the gentle harmonies of Emma’s crystal singing bowls, gongs, koshi chimes, tibetan bowls, and other instruments. You will be bathed in light and sound as Emma's improvisational vocal toning weaves in and out of the instruments, creating a soothing and meditative experience. Erin is creating a special light sequence specifically for this event, which, together with auditory delights, will evoke the elements of earth, air, water, and fire. The crystal singing bowls used in the sound bath are tuned to different notes and correspond to the different chakras.

Following the sound bath, enjoy light refreshments, explore The Sensation of Color, and chat with Erin and Emma. The event will take place at Bedford Gallery on Saturday, April 1. Doors open at 11 am, and the sound bath begins at 11:15 am. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for sitting or lying on the floor, along with anything else that will help you feel supported (bolster, sleeping bag, pillow, etc.).
