Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD), which amplify and clarify sound, are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. We ask for a driver’s license or credit card as a deposit for each device. All theatres within the Lesher Center are equipped with FM Listen Technologies systems.
Each ALD has a headphone jack that is compatible with a neckloop, which works with telecoil compatible hearing aids, or headphones. We are pleased to offer sanitized neckloops and headphones for use, or guests may bring their own personal wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack.
Wheelchair Accessibility
All public spaces within the Lesher Center are wheelchair accessible, including Bedford Gallery, all three levels of the Lesher Center, and all public restrooms. We offer designated areas for wheelchair users who wish to remain in their wheelchair, and for those who prefer to transfer to a theatre seat, within all of our theatres. Adjacent guest seating is also available for purchase. For assistance selecting the best seat locations, contact the Ticket Office, email or (925) 943-7469.
Care Providers
We welcome care providers to help their clients navigate our lobby areas and restrooms, and to help their clients into theatre seats. Care providers are given full access to their clients during a performance, but all care providers must have a purchased ticket to remain in the theatre during a performance. Lesher Center staff and volunteers are not trained care providers, and may only offer minimal assistance.
Service Animals
We encourage and welcome all service animals. For assistance selecting the best seats, contact the Ticket Office, email or call (925) 943-7469. We kindly ask for pet animals who are not certified service animals to stay home.
Family-Friendly Services
All women's and men's public restrooms include Koala Kare baby changing stations and touchless fixtures.
Koala Kare booster seats are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge.
