In this internationally acclaimed solo work, our narrator invites the audience to collectively take part (literally!) in a surprising and immersive experience that explores the drama and joy of familial multigenerational relationships, and the lengths we’ll sometimes go to make those we love happy. Hailed by critics as “one of the funniest plays you’ll ever see about depression,” (The Guardian, UK) Every Brilliant Thing leads us on a poignant, heartfelt and laugh-out-loud journey through a family experiencing grief, and the contradicting emotions we experience when we’re forced to rediscover all that life has to give.
