For its final concert of the 23/24 Season, the Contra Costa Chamber Orchestra, Geoffrey Gallegos, Music Director, joins forces with the San Ramon Valley Chorale, Bruce Koliha, director, to present a program which features choral masterworks by Schubert, Mozart, and Beethoven, including his Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage, Op. 112, and concludes with Mendelssohn's grand and picturesque Symphony No. 3 ("Scottish"), inspired by his many trips and sojourns there.
